The Knape & Vogt 24 in. 8650FM Series Heavy-Duty Soft-Close Full Extension Drawer Slide is a side-mount slide with a class load rating of 150 lbs. The 8650FM slide has been designed to accommodate wider and heavier drawers for challenging applications in the commercial, residential, and educational markets. Featuring patented Force Management™ (FM) Technology, this slide establishes a new standard in Soft-Close functionality by delivering effortless drawer opening and superior performance in dampening action, which quietly brings the drawer to a close and eliminates slamming. Ideal for use with wide drawers in residential and commercial furniture, commercial storage, and retail store displays. The 8650FM has a shorter profile than traditional lateral file slides, an unhanded design for simple installation, and a butterfly lever disconnect for easy drawer removal. Made of durable steel with a zinc finish, the slide features telescopic movement on smooth ball bearings, and traditional and 32 mm hole patterns, supporting industry standards for assembly.
